On the rear suspension install you might want to mention the need to remove the factory e brake cables from their hanger.  Most other brands with this size of lift recommend removing the bracket entirely.  It would also be helpful to include a chart with the factory torque specs for the control arms and track bars.  They are easy to find online but it would be nice for them to be included.
What do you recommend to do with the rear abs sensor line?  It needed to be removed from the back of the brake assembly but now it just flops freely in the air.

I agree! Seems crazy there are no torque specs in these instructions. Just an appendix with a table of specs would be super handy.
